Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Ruangan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pelaksana Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rsud Dr. Slamet Garut

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on the performance of nurses, the effect on the performance of nurse leadership and motivational influence on the performance of nurses working in inpatient dr. Slamet Garut. The method used is a survey research method. Respondents head go round the room and nurses dr. Slamet Garut as many as 331 people. This research type is explanatory research (explanatory research), because this research is intended to explain the influence of the leadership of head room between variables and work motivation on the performance of nurses. Data collected through questionnaires and hospital documentation. The data analysis using the multiple regression analysis. The results showed, 1). The leadership of the head of the room  give positive effect on the performance of nurses. 2) Motivation positive effect on the performance of nurses in the inpatient unit dr. Slamet Garut. 3) Leadership and motivation to work together positively affects the performance of nurses in the inpatient unit dr. Slamet Garut. Based on the analysis of the variables showed determination and motivation leadership is able to explain the variable performance of nurses dr. Slamet Garut.
