Abstract


Abstract. Bandung Islamic University is a private university that gets college institution accreditation with predicate of Excellence (A) in Bandung. Based on the results of a survey conducted by the Unisba Quality Assurance Agency in 2016/2017 the problem of parking was ranked second. The purpose of this study was to find out the opinions of the academics (Lecturers and Students) on parking needs, optimization of Unisba parking. The approach method used is the method of Quality Function Deployment, and calculation of optimization parking area. The results of the study with the Quality Function Deployment method found that the desires of the academics include a more regulated parking layout, having automated ticketing facilities, the parking area lines, bicycle parking facilities, adding officers, installing cctv, adding lighting for parking, holding parking for diffability, e -ticketing, notification of empty parking area through running text, free helmet safekeeping, 24-hour parking service, supporting safety standards and installation of roofs for motorbike parking. Related to the parking index that exceeds the standard limit for parking at Jalan Tamansari 1, it means that the parking area cannot accommodate vehicles so repairs must be made to optimize the existing parking area.

Abstrak. Universitas Islam Bandung merupakan perguruan tinggi swasta yang mendapatkan akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi dengan predikat Unggulan (A) di Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang dilakukan oleh Badan Penjaminan Mutu Unisba pada tahun 2016/2017 masalah perparkiran menduduki peringkat yang ke-2. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pendapat sivitas akademika (Dosen dan Mahasiswa) terhadap kebutuhan parkir, optimalisasi parkir Unisba. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode  Quality Function Deployment, dan  perhitungan optimalisasi lahan parkir. Hasil penelitian dengan metode Quality Function Deployment didapat bahwa keinginan sivitas akademika meliputi tata letak parkir lebih diatur, memiliki fasilitas ticketing otomasi, perbanyak garis area parkir, fasilitas parkir sepeda, penambahan petugas, pemasangan cctv, penambahan penerangan untuk parkir, adakan parkir khusus difabilitas, adanya e-ticketing, pemberitahuan lahan parkir yang kosong melalui running text, penitipan helm gratis, pelayanan parkir 24 jam, standar keamanan menunjang dan pemasangan atap untuk parkir motor. terkait indeks parkir yang melebih batas standar untuk lahan parkir di Jalan Tamansari 1 artinya lahan parkir tidak dapat menampung kendaraan sehingga harus dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengoptimalkan lahan parkir yang ada.
