Pengembangan UKM Kripik Neraka Varian Rasa dalam Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat pada Masa New Normal

Abstract

Abstract. Ukm is very influental on the economy of sosials, the economy of the people  in bulengan branta before covid19  was clssified as normal, but since the existence of covid19, the communitys economny has decreased, the refore training is made to make hell chips with flavor varians for the communitys as a solution to increase peoples in come, with more pricec and packing. Affordable compared to the direct sale (cassave/singkong mentah) not production proccess with less results the economy of the residents of bulengan branta before the existence of covid19 was high quite, namely 50% after the covid19 decreased to 15%, this happened because of reduced in come and not maximal the use of cassava, with this there will be training in community economy development by making hell chips. Whit this training, it is proven to increase the in come of the residents by 30%.

Abstrak. Ukm sangatlah berpengaruh pada perekonomian masyarakat. Ekonomi masyarakat dibulangan branta sebelum covid 19 tergolong normal, namun semenjak keberadaan covid 19, ekonomi masyarakat semakin menurun, oleh karena itu dibuatlah pelatihan pembuatan kripik neraka dengan varian rasa kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu solusi menambah pendapatan warga, dengan harga dan kemasan yang lebih terjangkau dibandingkan dengan dijual langsung (singkong mentah) tanpa proses produksi yang hasilnya lebih minim. , ekonomi warga bulangan branta sebelum adanya covid-19 terbilang cukup tinggi yaitu sebesar 50 %, setelah adanya covid menurun menjadi 15 %,hal tersebut terjadi karena berkurangnya pendapatan warga serta tidak bisa memaksimalkan pemanfaatan singkong, dengan adanya hal tersebut maka diadakan pelatihan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat dengan pembuatan keripik neraka. Dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut terbukti menambah penghasilan warga sebanyak 35%
