PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PELATIHAN REFLEKTIF ASESMEN ALTERNATIF BAGI GURU PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to develop an alternative assessment reflective training model as outlined in the training implementation guide. This Research and Development process follows the steps of the ADDIE model. The results of the Research and Development show that the training guide products are categorized as very valid and very feasible. In addition, the effective training model used is seen from the evaluation results Level 1: Perception in the very good category, Level 2: Learning in the high category, and Level 3: Performance in the very good category.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model pelatihan reflektif asesmen alternatif yang dituangkan dalam panduan pelaksanaan pelatihan. Proses Penelitian dan Pengembangan ini mengikuti langkah-langkah model ADDIE. Hasil Penelitian dan Pengembangan menunjukkan produk panduan pelatihan dengan kategori sangat valid dan sangat layak. Selain itu, model pelatihan efektif digunakan dilihat dari hasil evaluasi Level 1 : Persepsi dengan kategori sangat baik, Level 2 : Belajar dengan kategori tinggi, dan Level 3 : Kinerja dengan kategori sangat baik.
