PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI, EMPATI DAN PERILAKU BEKERJASAMA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh dari pembelajaran kooperatif pada beberapa aspek psikologis, yaitu motivasi, empati, dan perilaku kerjasama. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah para mahasiswa yang mengambil kelas psikometri pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Desain yang dikembangkan untuk penelitian ini adalah within subject design, dimana partisipan di ukur sebanyak tiga kali; pengukuran awal, pengukuran pertengahan, dan pengukuran akhir. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menginterpretasikan data adalah pengukuran berulang ANAVA. Hasil dari analisis data tersebut menunjukan bahwa motivasi untuk belajar bisa meningkat dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif (F=38.438 dengan p=0.000). Lebih lanjut lagi, analisis terhadap variable empati dan perilaku kerjasama menunjukan hasil yang hampir sama (F=4.209 dengan p=0.019 untuk empati dan f=15.790 dengan p=0.000 untuk perilaku kerjasama). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran kooperatif adalah relevan dengan konteks mahasiswa
