Kepuasan Berbasis Kebutuhan dan Penilaian Pengunjung Taman Alun-Alun Pacitan

Abstract


Abstract.  Tourism is one of the sectors that affect the regional economy. This is because tourism is related to sectors that are in direct contact with the community's economy. But just like other sectors, tourism has also been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. One branch of tourism is urban tourism. Green open space is also part of urban tourism because it attracts visitors to visit it. This study aims to describe visitor satisfaction based on needs and assessments. The results of this study show that the needs of visitors for urban tourism are different in the period before the pandemic and during the pandemic, especially on weekends. Meanwhile, satisfaction based on visitor ratings shows similar numbers in the period before the pandemic and during the pandemic, both at the beginning of the week and at the weekend. From these results, data can be obtained to be used as a reference for related parties in developing other urban tourism.

Abstrak. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang berpengaruh terhadap ekonomi wilayah. Hal ini dikarenakan pariwisata berkaitan dengan sektor-sektor yang bersinggungan langsung dengan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun sama seperti sektor lainnya, pariwisata juga terkena dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Salah satu cabang pariwisata adalah pariwisata perkotaan. Ruang terbuka hijau juga merupakan bagian dari pariwisata perkotaan karena menarik pengunjung untuk mengunjunginya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kepuasan pengunjung berbasis kebutuhan dan penilaian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kebutuhan pengunjung akan urban tourism berbeda di periode sebelum pandemi dan saat pandemi, terutama di waktu akhir pekan. Sedangkan kepuasan berbasis penilaian pengunjung menunjukkan angka-angka yang mirip pada periode sebelum pandemi dan saat pandemi baik itu di awal pekan maupun di akhir pekan. Dari hasil tersebut bisa diperoleh data untuk dijadikan acuan pihak-pihak terkait dalam mengembangkan pariwisata perkotaan lainnya.
