KETERLIBATAN ORANG TUA DAN GURU DALAM MENGELOLA PEMBELAJARAN BERMAIN PERAN
Abstract
This study uses a qualitative approach which aims to determine the involvement of parents and teachers in planning, implementing, and evaluating role-playing learning in early childhood at RA Al-Ikhlash Marindal I. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview and document study. Data analysis techniques to explain the data were obtained by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that parents and teachers are involved in the preparation of role playing activity plans, the process of implementing learning parents are involved as observers for the benefit of reflecting on learning related to child development, assessment of role playing learning using various assessments based on the needs of the aspects being assessed.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlibatan orang tua dan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran bermain peran pada anak usia dini di RA Al-Ikhlash Marindal I. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakuakan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data untuk menjelaskan data itu diperoleh yaitu dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang tua dengan guru terlibat dalam penyusunan rencana kegiatan bermain peran, proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran orang tua terlibat sebagai observer untuk kepentingan merefleksi pembelajaran terkait perkembangan anak, penilaian pembelajaran bermain peran dengan menggunakan penilaian yang beragam berdasarkan bebutuhan aspek yang dinilai.
