Journal History

Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis (Performa) first published in 2004, as a management and business journal that presents research results and the latest conceptual ideas including Marketing, SDM, Finance, Operations Management, and Business. Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis (Performa) published twice a year that are March and September. Each number of our publication are filled with articles from writers whom homebased from various affiliation.  Since 2017, published in OJS. Journal Published by Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Unisba. In September 2018 We try to add more quotas to article, we provide 12 slot for articles. Seven from outside our affiliation, and five from our lecturer. After we get the assessment for accreditation, we finally aware that the most important thing is to maintain the quality of our articles. In March 2019 we decide to only accept 7 articles to publish in each number of our issue. Four from outside our affiliation, and 3 from our lecturer. There is also change in our template, now we are avoiding numerical and bullets usage in each article paragragph arrangement. The name of our issue also have changed from romawi numerical to latin, in order to be as reputable as many other scientific publication that have been accredited.
