Author Guidelines

 

  1. A.    Type of Article

Syiar Hukum accepts the research papers, review articles and reviews of books in both Indonesian and English.

  1. B.    Article Format

Articles length 5000-5500 words, MS Word format, paper type A.4, Times New Roman, font 12, Space 1.5. The manuscript is equipped with author biodata. All manuscript pages, including tables, attachments, and references should be in serial numbered pages. Each table or picture is numbered, title and citation source.

Systematics of writing adjusted to the category of articles to be published in Syiar Hukum. Incoming script is categorized into 3 (three) categories, namely: research, review and book review articles. Systematics of writing for each category of articles are as follows:

 

 

  1. 1.      Research Article

 

[TITLE]

Tittle must be written in Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold,  center and no more than 10 words . Tittle must be brief and indicates the main point of the power.

 

[Author’s Name 1] and [Author’s Name 2]

Author’s name is written without academic degree

[Current Occupation and office name]

 [Address consists of the state, city, province, postal code and email]

 

 

ABSTRACT

Abstract must be written in English with 10pt Times New Roman font, single spacing, italic, justify which consists of 50-100 words explaining about research background, research aim, and conclusion .

 

Keywords: consist of 3-5 words. It is should consist important consepts of the manuscript.

 

 

ABSTRAK

Abstrak must be written in Indonesia with 10pt Times New Roman font, single spacing, italic, justify which consists of 50-100 words explaining about research background, research aim, and conclusion .

 

Kata Kunci: ‘kata kunci’ must be written consist of 3-5 words. It is should consist important consepts of the manuscript.

 

Note: If article written in English, abstract position is switch. Bahasa first then follow by English version.

 

 

A.           Introduction

Introduction is written in 12 pt Times New Roman, justify, 1,5 space, first line of the paragraph  indented 1 cm, no need to add before and after space between paragraph. Introduction explaining the actual phenomenon that  has been investigated, supported by references. Author also explain research problem that will be discuss.

 

B.            Research Method

Introduction is written in 12 pt Times New Roman, justify, 1,5 space, first line of the paragraph  indented 1 cm, no need to add before and after space between paragraph This section consist of research method that use by author. Author is allowed to use inter-disciplinary approach.

C.           Result and Analysis

Result and analysis is written in 12pt, Times New Roman, justify, 1,5 space paragraph,  first paragraph indented 1 cm, no need to add before and after space between paragraphs. Discussion consists legal analysis  about the research problems. The author is shall clear and distinct to elaborate concept that use solve  the problems. Authors are allowed to write discussion in sub chapters to make it easier for readers understanding important consepts. Sub chapter must be written in bold style 12 pt Times New Roman, arabic numbering.

D.           Conclusion

Conclusion is written in 12 pt Times New Roman, justify, 1,5 space paragraphs, first line on the paragraph indented 1 cm, no need to add before and after space between paragraphs. Conclusion consist of the answer of the research problems and recommendation.

The writing of a reference source and a specific explanation in the text is included in the foot note (the reference used in the article should use the foot notes), written 10pt Times New Roman.
