Kebijakan Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama Islam di Universitas Islam Bandung

Abstract


Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pengelolaan pembelajaran PAI di  Unisba. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan didukung studi literatur hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa Unisba sebagai institusi perguruan tinggi Islam menerapkan kebijakan dan praktik baik yang kuat dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran PAI. Struktur kurikulum PAI yang diterapkan di Unisba merupakan kurikulum berbasis kompetensi keislaman. Variasi model dan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan para pengampu PAI menggambarkan model dan metode yang inovatif. Perhatian pada proses monitoring dan evaluasi berkelanjutan serta dukungan institusional memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI di Unisba. Implementasi kebijakan ini sejalan dengan visi dan misi Unisba dalam membangun dan mengembangkan generasi yang mampu menerapkan nilai-nilai Islam dalam kehidupan nyata. Upaya perbaikan dan penyempurnaan terus dilakukan untuk memastikan pembelajaran PAI relevan dan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan akademik dan karakter mahasiswa melalui sistem penjaminan mutu internal.
