Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Work Life Balance terhadap Loyalitas Kerja di UPTD Puskesmas Pangkalan Kabupaten Cirebon

Abstract


Loyalitas kerja yang tinggi pada karyawan dicerminkan dari sikap karyawan yang mencurahkan kemampuan dan keahliannya ketika melaksanakan tugas dengan tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan jujur dalam bekerja. Cerminan loyalitas kerja tersebut erat kaitannya dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan work life balance, sehingga penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan work life balance terhadap loyalitas kerja pada tenaga Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Pangkalan Kabupaten Cirebon periode 2023–2024. Pada penelitian ini sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan purposive sampling sampling sehingga didapat sampel penelitian sebanyak 41 orang. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif melalui metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, analisis statistik menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citizenship behavior (OCB) dan work life balance baik secara simultan atau parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja dengan besaran pengaruh 76% sehingga loyalitas kerja tenaga Kesehatan UPTD Puskesmas Pangkalan dapat tercapai melalui peningkatan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan work life balance.

Abstract

High work loyalty to employees is reflected in the attitude of employees who devote their abilities and expertise when carrying out tasks with responsibility, discipline, and honesty at work. The reflection of work loyalty is closely related to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work life balance, so this study aims to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work life balance on work loyalty in health workers UPTD Puskesmas Pangkalan Cirebon Regency for the period 2023–2024. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work life balance on work loyalty in health workers in UPTD Puskesmas Pangkalan Kabupaten Cirebon. In this study, the research sample was determined by purposive sampling so that the research sample was 41 people. The research approach is carried out with quantitative research through descriptive and verification methods where statistical analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that citizenship behavior (OCB) and work life balance, either simultaneously or partially, had a significant influence on job loyalty with a magnitude of 76% so that the work loyalty of Health Workers in UPTD Puskesmas Pangkalan Kabupaten Cirebon could be achieved through increased organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and work life balance
