Scoping Review: Transmisi Vertikal SARS-CoV-2 pada Wanita Hamil Terkonfirmasi COVID-19 di Asia
Abstract
COVID-19 merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang terjadi di seluruh dunia. Namun demikian, pengetahuan mengenai transmisi vertikal COVID-19 belum terlalu banyak. Beberapa penelitian mengenai transmisi vertikal menghasilkan outcome yang berbeda-beda. Pemahaman mengenai transmisi vertikal sangat dibutuhkan agar peneliti dan tenaga kesehatan dapat segera menangani apabila terjadinya tingkat penyakit yang lebih parah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan terjadinya transmisi vertikal dan mekanismenya. Penelitian ini merupakan scoping review dengan menggunakan enam database, yaitu Springer Link, Jama, Ovid, Proquest, Pubmed, dan Sciencedirect. Terdapat 879 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan 708 artikel yang termasuk ke dalam kriteria eksklusi. Terdapat 17 artikel dari hasil penyaringan berdasarkan PICOS. Jumlah artikel yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan adalah tujuh artikel. Pada penelitian dengan populasi di Asia ini, transmisi vertikal dibuktikan dengan uji RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 dari sampel neonatal, seperti cairan amnion, swab nasofaring, faring, orofaring, nasal, dan tenggorokan, serta uji serologi IgM anti SARS-CoV-2 dari darah. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah transmisi vertikal SARS-CoV-2 dapat terjadi pada wanita hamil yang terkonfirmasi COVID-19.
