Pendekatan Sistem Untuk Menghasilkan Kurikulum Pendidikan Teknik Yang Kompetitif Dan Perbaikan Kualitas yang Berkesinambungan
Abstract
Curriculum is unique to each educational institution. It reflects both the institutional mission and graduates abilities. In order to win the competition, curriculum should be designed to meet the industrial demand and reviewed periodically. The revised curriculum is used to gain the incremental quality improvement. The model suggested that further improvement is achieved by combining it with continuous improvement in learning activities. Industrial Engineering curriculum is used as a case to describe the applicable methodologies and approaches to solve the problems stated in this paper.
