HUBUNGAN ANTARA IKHLAS DAN FLOW PADA KEGIATAN AKADEMIK MAHASISWA
Abstract
Studi ini bermaksud meneliti variabel yang erat kaitannya dengan peningkatan kualitas pengalaman mahasiswa, mengenai proses intrapersonal atau within person proccsess, yaitu variabel ikhlas yang peneliti ajukan sebagai salah satu prekondisi terjadinya flow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam aktivitas akademik, semakin individu memiliki keikhlasan dalam menjalani kesehariannya maka semakin tinggi flow akademik yang ia rasakan. Selain itu, semakin individu memiliki keikhlasan dalam menjalani aktivitas tertentu maka semakin tinggi flow akademik yang ia rasakan
