Lecturer Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University. He was born in Bandung, 1 November 1963 obtained his bachelor degree from the Faculty of Communication Sciences, Padjadjaran University (1987), and Master of Science in Graduate Program, IPB, Development Studies Program Extension (1996). Work history, among other things: once a teacher of mathematics and physics in junior Plantation XIII (1983-1985) and in junior Pasundan 7 Bandung (1985-1991). Often an instructor at various training, including: Instructor "Discipline and Motivation Training Work" (Cooperation Foundation Pena Mas and CGTU West London, 1996), Instructor "Communication Training in Organizations" (1996), and Instructor "Work Ethics Training and Motivation "(1997). Both, also held in cooperation with the Foundation Pena Mas and CGTU West Bandung. He also became an instructor training for participants organized P3T Institute of Human Resources Development and Environment LP Padjadjaran University (1998). In 1999, he was awarded Second Place in the Field of Scientific Writing Competition IPS Padjadjaran level. In addition, he was active in various studies. Two of them are "Effect of Involvement Communication Change Agents (Agents of Change) and Community Leaders (Opinion Leaders) of the Peasants' Participation in Rural Development" (DPP / DRK, Padjadjaran University, 1996) and "Increased Role and Performan Innovators for Human Resources Development rural (Phase I), Case Studies in Bandung "(Project Assessment and Applied Sciences Higher Education Research, 1997)
