To increase the variety of movement, do flexibility exercises. Any exercise program that beats your body up and triggers injuries is no long-term service to your health and physical fitness requirements. In kettlebell training, when there is tightness in specific areas of the body, it's tough to progress beyond those restricted ranges of motion due to the fact that the tight muscles tiredness quicker. Throughout longer sets or with much heavier kettlebells, any constraints of movement will make you have to work a lot harder and tire faster. Yoga helps develop the flexibility to help the kettlebell lifter in getting into positions much easier, recovering faster, and lifting injury-free.
