When I operated at a newspaper job right out of college, a female called our sports editor daily trying to get her college-grad child a task. She would certainly also come by and also hand over his resume and ask to talk to the editor. My 22-year-old self was frightened on his part. It's understandable that a parent would certainly want their kid to succeed, but there are limitations to what you can do on their behalf. This clearly pushed passed those restrictions. |
